Terms & Conditions of Sale

Applicable to continuing vocational training delivered by BUTINE GROUPE (commercial brand: AI BROTHERS), simplified joint-stock company with variable capital of €10,000, SIREN 989 353 867, SIRET 989 353 867 00017, RCS Versailles, EU VAT FR32989353867, training activity declaration no. 11788893878 with the Prefecture of Île-de-France, registered office: 65 B Avenue Marceau, 78600 Le Mesnil-le-Roi, France.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all continuing vocational training programs delivered by BUTINE GROUPE to corporate clients, public bodies and enterprises for their employees or participants.

Any enrollment or training agreement signature implies unreserved acceptance of these terms.

Registration is binding upon receipt by BUTINE GROUPE of the signed training agreement and purchase order. The average onboarding access delay is 15 business days.

A preliminary positioning interview is systematically organized prior to the training start to confirm prerequisites and align pedagogical outcomes.

Course fees are stated in the written proposals. In accordance with Article 261-4-4° of the French General Tax Code, vocational training services are legally exempt from VAT.

Invoices are payable within 30 days from the invoice date. Where funding is requested via third-party skills operators (OPCO), the client remains responsible for any balance not covered.

Any written cancellation or postponement schedule adheres to the following conditions:

Sessions are conducted in-person (BUTINE GROUPE training center or on-site at client premises) or remotely (synchronous virtual classroom). Half-day attendance sheets are signed by participants and trainers.

Upon completion, an official training certificate of completion specifying acquired skills is issued. Immediate satisfaction assessments and a 3-month cold impact assessment are systematically collected.

All courses accommodate persons with disabilities. Our Disability Officer, Emirkan KARAGUZEL (contact@butinegroupe.fr), is available to arrange necessary adjustments.

BUTINE GROUPE complies with the strict indicators of the French National Quality Guidelines (Qualiopi Indicator 31).

Complaints submitted to contact@butinegroupe.fr receive an acknowledgment within 2 business days and a written response within 10 business days.

Course materials remain the exclusive property of BUTINE GROUPE. Learner personal data is protected under GDPR and stored for 5 statutory years for official training records.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute not resolved amicably within 30 days is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Commercial Court of Versailles.
